How do I cancel an extra or manual payment?

To cancel an extra or manual payment, please give Client Happiness a call at (888) 601-2801.

Please note that the deadline to cancel is 3 P.M. Eastern Standard Time on the day of your scheduled payment. Once the deadline has passed, we will be unable to cancel the payment. At that point, you may be able to prevent the payment by putting a stop payment on your bank account (please check to see if they charge a fee to do so).
