How do I cancel an extra or manual payment?

You may cancel any manually scheduled payment through your online dashboard. The deadline to cancel 3 P.M. Eastern Standard Time on the day of your scheduled payment. Once the deadline has passed, we will be unable to cancel the payment. At that point, you may be able to prevent the payment by putting a stop payment on your bank account (please check to see if they charge a fee to do so). If you're having difficulty canceling a payment before the deadline, please give Client Happiness a call at (888) 601-2801.
