How do I cancel an extra or manual payment?

To cancel an extra or manual payment, please give Client Happiness a call at (888) 601-2801.

If you are wanting to cancel a payment, here are a few deadlines to keep in mind:

  • If you scheduled your payment for a future date, you may cancel your payment at any time before 12:00 PM PT on your scheduled payment date.
  • If you scheduled your payment for today's date before 12:00 PM PT, you may cancel your payment at any time before 12:00 PM PT today.
  • If you scheduled your payment for today's date after 12:00 PM PT, but before 2:00 PM PT, you may cancel your payment before 2:00 PM PT today.
  • If you scheduled your payment for today's date after 2:00 PM PT, you may cancel your payment at any time before 12:00 PM PT tomorrow."

Once these timelines have passed, your payment will have already started processing and we will be unable to cancel the payment. At that point, you may be able to prevent the payment by putting a stop payment on your bank account (please check to see if they charge a fee to do so).
