Earnest: How to Find Your 10-Day Payoff Information

Account Information

Your Earnest account number is a unique 10-digit number starting with the number 9. Individual loans are distinguished by a 16-digit Loan Number. If you only want to pay off some of your loans at Earnest, you’ll need to identify the individual Loan Numbers to include in your payoff details. You can learn more about finding your loan numbers here!

Billing  Statement

You may download a copy of your Earnest billing statement by signing in to your account and selecting “Documents > Statements.” If you are refinancing an existing Earnest loan, you can upload a screenshot of your Earnest loan dashboard instead of a statement. If we need any clarification on the information provided, our team will contact you by email before processing the payoff to ensure the payment is applied to the correct loan(s). It’s important to note our upload section can only support JPG, PNG, or PDF file types.

10-Day Payoff Amount

The "10-day Payoff Amount" is your current loan balance plus ten days of interest for the loan(s) you'd like to include at Earnest. However, if you are refinancing an existing Earnest loan with Earnest, simply enter the loan's current balance as shown on your dashboard. Our team will make sure the total loan balance is transferred to your new loan correctly. If you need a payoff quote for any other reason, please contact our team by using the "Get In Touch” button at the bottom of this article.
