If you were unable to find your answer within our Help Center, please reach out to your dedicated servicer for further support. 

For Earnest clients: Our dedicated Client Happiness team is happy to answer your questions during our office hours. You can reach us by email, phone, chat, and standard U.S. mail.

Personal Loans: If you have an Earnest personal loan serviced by our trusted partner Systems & Services Technologies (SST), you can contact their support team at 866-798-9888, Monday through Friday 5 A.M.-8 PM PT, and Saturdays 6 A.M.-10 A.M. PT. 

For NaviRefi clients: A dedicated support team is happy to answer your questions. You can reach them at 844-381-6621 Monday-Friday 5 A.M.-5 P.M. PT.

Resources are available to assist borrowers who have tried unsuccessfully to resolve a problem through their servicer. Please refer to your state’s relevant authority.
