If you'd like to cancel an Auto Payment, please contact Client Happiness by clicking the "Get In Touch" button found at the bottom of this article. While there is no option to cancel an Auto Payment from within your online profile, we can cancel them for you. The cut-off to file a request to cancel an Auto Payment is three business days before the payment. After that time, we will be unable to cancel the payment.
If Earnest is unable to cancel a payment, you may still be able to put a stop payment on the transaction via your bank. If you do so, the payment will likely fail. Please check with your bank before requesting a stop payment to see if any charges or conditions apply.
