My student loans are held by an institution outside the U.S., can I refinance with you? | Student Loan Refinancing

Normally, we are unable to refinance loans that were not originated from an institution in the U.S. This is primarily because we are unable to send funds in a timely manner to international banks or navigate the loan payoff amount with different currency exchange rates.

The only exception to this policy is student loans held by the London-based bank Prodigy Finance. For more information on refinancing your loan from Prodigy, please check out this article.

In addition, you can check out more of our eligibility criteria here.
