Our private student loans start at $1,000 up to your entire cost of attendance for the academic year. If you take out loans for multiple academic years, the lifetime maximum is $400,000. If you’re considering a cosigned private student loan, the student and cosigner must live in the District of Columbia or one of the 50 states where we lend, but they do not need to both live in the same state.
*Due to state limitations, residents of Hawaii must request a private student loan of at least $1,501.
