You'll have access to an online loan dashboard to set up payments, access loan documents, and view loan details. However, you'll be unable to update the primary account holder's personal information (such as their address, phone number, name, etc.).
How can I make an extra payment?
Making a payment as a cosigner can be completed from your online dashboard. To schedule a manual or an extra payment on your account, you will need to first:
- Sign in to your Earnest dashboard
- Click or
- Select *Note, this button is available once your loan enters repayment*
You may schedule a same-day payment or for any date up to 60 days in the future. Please note, if you or the primary account holder are enrolled in Auto Pay, extra payments will not replace your monthly auto payments. You can use your online dashboard to enroll in Auto Pay ( though the primary and the cosigner cannot simultaneously be enrolled in autopay).
