My Loan Servicer is SST, Powered by Alorica. How Do I Reach Them? | Personal Loans

You can reach SST, powered by Alorica, by phone only at (866) 798-9888. Their support hours are Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. PT, and Saturday, 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. PT.

Some Earnest Personal Loans are serviced by Systems & Services Technologies (SST), powered by Alorica. To confirm whether your Personal Loan is serviced by SST, sign in to your Earnest account. If you see your loan listed in the left side menu after disbursement, your loan is serviced directly by Earnest. If you don’t see this option, your loan may be serviced by SST. If your loan is with SST, they can assist with making or updating payments, changing Auto Pay, updating personal or contact information, accessing statements or transaction history, locating your account number, or discussing payment difficulties.
