If you’re approved for an Earnest loan, you can download an unsigned copy of your loan agreement and associated Truth In Lending Disclosure from your online profile before signing. To access these, you’ll first need to complete a few steps to review and select your loan terms, so they're reflected in your loan agreement and associated disclosure documentation. Once you e-sign, a fully e-signed copy will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
If your loan has been disbursed and you need a copy of your loan agreement and disclosure documentation, you can find them by signing in to your account and selecting “Documents” from the left-hand menu. You can also request a copy by reaching out to our Client Happiness team using the “Get In Touch” button at the bottom of this article.
