College Ave: How to Find Your 10-Day Payoff Information

Account Information

Your College Ave account number is a 12-digit number on your billing statement, starting with the number “3,” and is unique to each individual loan. Please only list the account numbers for the loans you’d like to include in your refinance. If you have multiple loans and want our funds applied to all loans, please list each unique account number. Do not use your College Ave Document ID as your account number.

Billing Statement

If you are enrolled in paperless, you may download a copy of your College Avenue loan statement by signing in to your account and selecting “View Previous Statements” from the “Useful Links” section. It’s important to note our upload section can only support JPG, PNG, or PDF file types. If you don’t have a copy of your statement to provide, you can upload a screenshot showing your loan details instead. Please make sure the upload includes as much of the following as possible: your full name, a recent date, account number, and payoff amount. If we need any clarification on the information provided, our team will contact you by email before sending the funds to College Ave.

10-Day Payoff Amount

The "10-day Payoff Amount" is your current loan balance plus ten days of interest for the loan(s) you'd like to include at College Ave. There isn’t a way to calculate your 10-day payoff amount online through College Ave, but you can receive your 10-day payoff quote by reaching out to their customer support. Their team should be able to provide you with an estimate right over the phone.

Keep in mind that the 10-day payoff amount assumes payoff in 10 days, and therefore may result in an overpayment or underpayment, depending on when College Ave applies the payment. Most overpayments will be refunded to Earnest and applied to your principal balance, but occasionally, they may be issued to you. For underpayments, however, you’ll be responsible for paying the remaining amount. If you have any other questions about your loan approval or need further assistance, please use the "Get In Touch” button at the bottom of this article.

Finally, these instructions may have been updated by College Ave since this article was published. We encourage you to review their website for the most accurate payoff information.
