The rate range you are provided after completing the Rate Check is strictly an estimate, as it is based on limited information and relies on the accuracy of self-reporting. Once we receive your full loan application, we can perform a complete assessment of your personal and financial profile to determine if an offer of final rates can be extended. We do our best to meet or beat the rate estimate.
