You can change your recurring Auto Pay date by reaching out to our Client Happiness Team. A few important restrictions apply. Your new payment date must fall between the 3rd and the 22nd of the month. In addition, changes to your payment date would not apply to the current month's payment, but would rather be implemented 1 to 2 payments into the future. (For instance, if you request the change in September, it would go into effect in either October or November.)
