When you change your payment date, please note that a few important restrictions apply:
- Your new payment date must fall between the 3rd and the 22nd of the month.
- Depending on when the request is made, changes to your payment date won’t affect the current month’s payment but will take effect in one or two payments in the future.
- For example, if you request the change in September, the update will be applied to either your October or November payment.
- Payment dates can only be updated once per month. If you wish to change your date again during the same billing period, the change will need to wait until the following billing cycle.
- We cannot change just one month’s due date. Changing a payment due date will affect all future payment dates.
