To file a complaint, Student Loan clients may contact us at (888) 601-2801, Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT, excluding holidays, while Personal Loan clients may call (888) 744-0767, Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. PT.
