You may view your payment history directly from your Earnest dashboard by following the instructions below:
- Sign in to your Earnest account.
- To review recent payments made, navigate to the “Past payments” loan card on the right-hand side of your dashboard.
- To review your full payment transaction history, click “Transactions” from the left-side navigation menu or select “See Full History” in the Payment History section.
Within the Transactions section, you can filter your transactions by loan, the year the payment was made, or the payment status. You will then see the payment date, payment amount, how the payment was made, the status of the payment, and the payment details drop-down. The payment details will reflect the payment application, such as which loan the payment was applied to and how much of that payment went toward interest versus the principal balance.
Please know that in the Fall of 2018, we made a series of updates to the loan dashboard. If your loan was serviced by Earnest before this time, your transaction history will show the total payment amount, but not the payment application. The payment application is available upon request. You may request this information from our team by clicking "Get In Touch" found at the bottom of this article.
