How do I Unenroll From Auto Pay? | Repaying Your Loan

To unenroll from Auto Pay for a Personal Loan, please follow the instructions here to contact our personal loan servicer, System & Services Technologies (SST).

Please be aware that canceling Auto Pay will cause you to lose the 0.25% discount on your interest rate. You can always reinstate the discount at any time by reenrolling in Auto Pay in the future. To unenroll your loan from Auto Pay, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Earnest Profile.
  2. Click “View Loan Details.”
  3. Select “Change Auto Pay Settings.”
  4. Click the "Cancel Auto Pay" hyperlink below the payment box.
  5. Confirm the cancellation and submit.

The ability to unenroll from Auto Pay from your dashboard will appear after your first statement has been generated. This means the "Change Auto Pay Settings" feature won't be visible during the first 30 days your loan is active. 

Please note that your online dashboard will not immediately update after unenrolling. It may take up to five business days for the change to show online, and then you should see your dashboard update to reflect the change. If you have an Auto Payment scheduled within the next five business days, it may still process. 

Our team may be able to cancel a scheduled Auto Payment if your request is received at least two business days before the payment is set to be withdrawn. Timing is important, so if your payment is scheduled to occur within the next five days, please contact us as soon as possible to check if cancellation is still an option.

Please note: Auto Payment cancellations are not guaranteed. Whether we can process the cancellation in time depends on how soon you submit your request in relation to the scheduled payment date.
