You may be able to apply independently for a student loan. First, you’ll need to meet all independent student loan eligibility criteria. If you meet all the criteria, you’ll log back into your Earnest profile to submit a new application. Once logged in, go to the 'Products' tab along the top of the screen, scroll down to the 'Private Student Loans' section to get started on a new application.
If you are ineligible for our independent student loan, we recommend reaching out to your school’s financial aid office for other options to help pay for your school expenses.
