From October 25 to October 31, we will be converting your loan to its new dashboard. You’ll be unable to log in to your Earnest profile during that window, including to make any changes to your payments. The Client Happiness team may also be limited in what account information they can verify during that time.
You should regain access to your dashboard on November 1. Until then, if you have any concerns, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’re happy to assist however we can.
