Once you sign your loan agreement, you'll first receive an email notification from us letting you know your loan will be serviced by our trusted partner, System & Services Technologies (SST). Then, 3-5 business days from when you sign your agreement, you'll receive a welcome letter from SST. This welcome letter will contain your personal loan account number.
If you misplace your account number, or you have not received your welcome letter you'll need to contact SST directly to obtain it. You can reach their support team at 1-866-798-9888. They're open Monday through Friday 7am-10pm CST and Saturdays 8am-12pm CST.
