With documentation from your previous servicer to confirm, we may match your existing grace period for up to nine months. Once your Earnest loan is approved and you've signed your loan agreement, please complete the 'Grace Period Match Request Form' found at the bottom of this article and upload it onto your Earnest by:
Logging in > Clicking "My Profile" tab > "Uploads" > Upload form under "Other"
Please note that for all grace periods, interest will still accrue on the loan.
